DiveTrainers Staff

Pete Keane
Co-Owner and PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor

Pete has been diving for over ten years and has logged dives from Hawaii to the North Atlantic.  He is an entrepreneur who started DiveTrainers with the express mission to assist non-divers to become divers, and to assist divers into being able to dive more often.

Pete is the owner of KeaneTel (www.keanetel.com) also located in the same building. While KeaneTel is a highly successful telecommunications company, with over thirty offices nationally, Pete's passion is diving.

Pete said recently: "I belive diving should be affordable, safe and fun.  That's why I decided to build a shop with a few basic principles.

  • First:  PADI is the leading dive training organization in the world.  We will always follow all PADI standards for safety, education and professional service.
  • Second:  Diving should be affordable.  So we will price our shop gear at prices equal to or lower than can be found on the Internet.  There should be no reason why a diver should have to saacrafice service for price.
  • Last:  Service should be the primary differentiator in our business.  So we will provide numerous services that make the customer experience at DiveTrainers the best in our marketplace.  For example:  We offer the only 100% money back GUARANTEE of satisfaction.  If you purchase in item and you are not 100% happy with it, we will refund your gear purchase price for thirty days from the purchase date."

Pete is committed to your complete satisfaction.  If you are ever not completely happy, or would liuke to chat about anything at all, you can reach Pete at (609) 385-6119.

Pete is married to Linda, whose profile is below.  He has three children, who are partners with him in KeaneTel, and three beautiful grand children.
